Conditions for Product Return
Returns are only permitted for full-price items. Marked-down items are not eligible.
Returns may not be eligible under certain promotional campaigns. Please refer to the campaign terms and conditions.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original condition.
Returns are only applicable to orders purchased via Line OA or Line Shopping through direct bank transfer.
A payment slip must be presented.
Where Can I Return My Products?
For purchases made through our website, returns must be made via post.
If the price of the new item you wish to exchange for is higher than the original purchase price, you will need to pay the difference.
If the price of the new item is lower than the original purchase price, we cannot refund the difference.
Process for Product Return
Email us at tritiva.activewear@outlook.com or contact us on Line at @tritiva with the following information: your name, address, phone number, order number, and the item you wish to return.
We will confirm your return request.
Mail the item to: Tritiva Co., Ltd., 34/41 Tiwanon Rd., Ruamsuk 3/2, Banmai, Meung, Pathumthani, 12000 Thailand.
Once we receive your package, we will contact you for your shipping address to process the exchange.
