Return & Exchange Policy

Can I Exchange or Return a Product?

  • If the item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return in accordance with our return policy.
  • For exchanges of size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. See below for detailed instructions.

Conditions for Product Return

  • Returns are only permitted for full-price items. Marked-down items are not eligible.
  • Returns may not be eligible under certain promotional campaigns. Please refer to the campaign terms and conditions.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.​
  • The product must be in its original condition.​
  • Returns are only applicable to orders purchased via Line OA or Line Shopping through direct bank transfer.​​
  • A payment slip must be presented.​​

Where Can I Return My Products?

  • For purchases made through our website, returns must be made via post.​
  • If the price of the new item you wish to exchange for is higher than the original purchase price, you will need to pay the difference.​
  • If the price of the new item is lower than the original purchase price, we cannot refund the difference.​​

Process for Product Return

  • Email us at tritiva.activewear@outlook.com or contact us on Line at @tritiva with the following information: your name, address, phone number, order number, and the item you wish to return.​​
  • We will confirm your return request.​​
  • Mail the item to: Tritiva Co., Ltd., 34/41 Tiwanon Rd., Ruamsuk 3/2, Banmai, Meung, Pathumthani, 12000 Thailand.​​​
  • Once we receive your package, we will contact you for your shipping address to process the exchange.​​​
